Heat’s Dwyane Wade Purchases a Luxury Miami Beach Home
The newly purchased Mediterranean-style home is located in a sweet spot which stretches over more than an acre of secluded land that has over 150 feet of bay frontage to be leisurely enjoyed by the 28-year-old NBA guard who also happens to have been the subject of recent talks regarding his free agency which coincides with that of LeBron James and Chris Bosh, who are also teammates of his with the Miami Heat.
Apparently, the fantastic Miami Beach property includes a one-bedroom guest house, as well as a dog house which comes with its very own air-conditioning system installed.
Wade’s broker Gloria has mentioned that the tennis court which came with the property is intended to be transformed into Wade’s very own personal basketball court which is also expected to have a cabana with a wet bar not very far from the intended court.
